Lesson 5 - Statement and Withdrawing Funds

    1. Account Statements
      • You can view the account statement on the “Statement” section.
      • In this section you will be able to view all transaction with the following details:
        • Date: Date and time of transaction
        • Reference: The unique code of the payment
        • Paid Amount: The amount paid
        • Merchant: Paid amount(minus platform fee) added to your wallet
        • Platform Fee: Fee based on pricing table.
        • Phone: The number used to make payment
        • Invoice Number: The invoice number generated during registration to Webinar/Meeting
    2. Withdrawing Funds
      • Log into your Webipesa account, and go to Withdraw
      • Click the “Withdraw” button at the top right.
      • On the popup confirm the amount to withdraw, and click withdraw.
      • The least you can withdraw is ksh.5000 and the most you can withdraw is the total amount in your wallet if it’s above ksh.5000
      • You will receive the money in your designated bank account within 24 hours.
