Lesson 1 - Registration and Verification

      1. Registration
        • The first step is heading to webipesa.com
        • Click on the orange “Get Started” button at the middle or top right parts of the page
        • On the register page enter your details
        • Please note: At the moment, only Kenyan numbers are allowed for registration. 
        • Also use the correct email address and phone number since due to account security they can only be changed by writing an email at support@webipesa.com
        • Once you have correctly entered your details, accepted terms and submitted you, a verification email will be sent to your email.
      2. Email Verification
        • Login to your email and open the activation email from Webipesa.
        • Look for the activation link and click on it.
        • You will be taken to Webipesa’s login page upon successful activation.
        • Login with the email and password you registered with and you will be taken to the phone verification page.
      3. Phone Verification
        • On the phone verification page you will be asked to verify your phone number by sending a One Time Password(OTP) to your mobile via SMS.
        • Once the One Time Password(OTP) Code has been sent to your number you will be taken to a page to enter it so that your phone can be verified.
        • Upon successful phone verification you will be taken to the Bank and Personal Details page.
      4. Bank and Personal Details
        • Webipesa must comply with anti-money laundering to know our users are real and to help prevent any illegal corruption schemes.
        • Our process includes ID/Passport, pin and bank details verification.
        • The bank details will be used to withdraw money from your Webipesa wallet to your bank account.
        • Make sure you enter the correct details to avoid your account to be suspended or delay payments.
        • Due to account security the details can only be changed by writing an email at support@webipesa.com
        • Upon successful submission of details you will be taken to the Zoom Integration page.
